"He is well-known among public sector management professionals as an expert in IT security. Dr. Chaichana Mitrpant has devoted almost two decades to raising Thailand’s cybersecurity readiness and defensive strength. His past experiences include developing computer emergency response and digital forensic capability, providing IT security consultancy services to law enforcement and legal organizations, developing security training programs for security professionals at all levels, and supporting the National Cybersecurity Committee in drafting the National Cybersecurity Framework. During his tenure at ETDA, for example, he has represented Thailand at various international fora and helped negotiate successful collaborations and bilateral meetings at ASEAN, APT, ITU, and the UN. Additionally, he has provided his expert opinions and recommendations to other organizations on numerous occasions. "Pailin Chuchottaworn is a distinguished Thai engineer, businessman, and public servant with a notable career spanning leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. He is best known for serving as the CEO and President of PTT Public Company Limited, Thailand’s largest energy company, from 2011 to 2014. Under his leadership, PTT expanded its international footprint, strengthened its position in the global energy industry, and emphasized sustainability and innovation. After his tenure at PTT Group, Pailin transitioned to public service, becoming Thailand’s Deputy Minister of Transport from 2017 to 2019. In this role, he spearheaded key transportation infrastructure projects, focusing on enhancing the country’s connectivity through high-speed rail, mass transit improvements, and modernization of aviation and maritime systems. Pailin is also a key figure in Thailand's academic and innovation sectors, serving as Chairman of the Board of VISTEC (Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology), a leading research university established to foster innovation in science and technology. Through VISTEC, he promotes cutting-edge research and development, emphasizing the importance of STEM education for Thailand’s future. In addition, Pailin currently serves on the Chairman of the Technology Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of SCBX Public Company Limited, a leading fintech group in Thailand. Titipat Achakulvisut runs the biomedical and data lab (BioDat lab) at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Mahidol University, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. He completed his Ph.D. in Bioengineering at University of Pennsylvania with Konrad Kording working on applying natural language processing and machine learning to improve scientific processes. His interests are to combine NLP, ML, and tools to improve science itself. In extension to his core research, he also broadly interests in applying ML and NLP in biomedical and business domains in Thailand where he collaborate with multiple research groups and companies in Thailand pushing NLP and ML for real use cases.

"In 2024, H.E.Mr.Pichai Naripthaphan was appointed as the Minister of Commerce, Thailand. A businessman-turned-politician, Mr.Pichai was a successful executive in the real estate and gems industries. Prior to his current role, he served in several prominent ministerial positions, including Deputy Minister of Finance, Minister of Energy, and as an advisor to the Prime Minister. His extensive experience in politics and businesses has been widely recognized, positioning him as a promising political figure capable of enhancing the country’s trade performance from this year onward. Aside from ministerial post, Mr.Pichai was the chief of the economic team and the deputy chairperson for strategy and politics of the Puea Thai Party. "Maciej (Maciek) leads Microsoft’s government affairs and public policy in the ASEAN region, managing a team of professionals across Southeast Asia. In his role, Maciej represents the Microsoft towards political and policy decision-makers as well as oversees engagement with relevant regulatory bodies. Maciej joined Microsoft in 2014 at the European HQ in Brussels. In that role, he worked with the EU and NATO policy-makers in a variety of policy areas, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, defense, economic and industrial affairs. In 2019 Maciej relocated to Wellington, New Zealand, where he was responsible for Microsoft’s entirety of corporate and government affairs, including regulatory aspects of hyperscale datacenter investment process. Throughout his term in NZ, he served as a director on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce and on the Executive Council of the AI Forum. Earlier in his career, Maciej had worked as a government affairs consultant, at the European Parliament, at the Embassy of Poland in Uzbekistan and at the EU Delegation in Nepal. Maciej holds Master’s degrees in International Relations & Diplomacy and in the European Public Affairs. Alumnus of the College of Europe in Bruges, Maastricht University, University of Montpellier, and the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Maciej is a national of the Republic of Poland. "Mr.Suphakit Chareonkul is currently the Executive Director of the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization), Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. Since 2023, the institute has undertaken various academic research projects, illuminating current trade, investment, and development issues of public interest. During his tenure, he laid the foundation for three major distinct operations, covering Office of International Cooperation, Office of Research Development and Improvement, and Office of Trade and Development Capacity Building. Each department’s specialization spans from commercial diplomatic strategy, international trade and development affairs, and comprehensive empirical research on contemporary trade and development issues. Additionally, they enhance the capabilities of key decision-makers and corporations to navigate complex issues affecting the country’s position in the global trade arena. Over the years, he has led several notable academic activities, equipping policymakers with an understanding not only of trade negotiation realms, but also preparing them to facilitate the implementation of policies that align with international standards, among other important issues that are of public interest. During 2024 and beyond, Mr.Suphakit envisions the need to incubate high-level executives who can navigate their organizations in a rapidly changing environment. He is the architect of the Leadership Program on Trade and Development Strategy and successfully launched the Trade and Intelligence Center, both of which are among the institute’s flagship projects that will elevates the trust of stakeholders by providing better-informed decisions pertinent to Thailand’s trade outlook."

Tiago holds a Master's degree in Theoretical/Mathematical Physics and a PhD in Biophysics from Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich. After graduation, he joined Google DeepMind. As a senior research engineer, he worked on cutting-edge projects such as reinforcement learning, predictive models and self-directed learning and published numerous papers in international journals such as Nature. He then joined Cogent Labs, a multinational Tokyo based AI start-up, as a lead research scientist. In August 2020, Co-founded Recursive Inc, and became the CEO.
